I always focus on the positive while I blog about the Law of Attraction, but today’s post is a little different! As a senior in high school, I have dealt with my fair share of negative people. Mean girls. Gossipers. Bullies. Oh yeah, just about everything! But, what I really want to stress most is that we have the power to distance ourselves from these toxic souls. And I promise that it is okay to stray away from these people. Even if you have been friends with this specific individual FOREVER, sometimes people are meant to go their separate ways. Bad days. They’re a part of life. We oversleep. We forget to turn in homework assignments. And we miss our morning coffee. I know, imagine tackling the world caffeine free… tragic!! Today I will being sharing with you a positive and healthy morning routine for not only when your day starts off bad, but for every day! I am a firm believer that it is essential to tell ourselves as soon as we wake up that “today is going to be an amazing day” or some form of this affirmation. “Today will be great!” “Today is the day!” These positive thoughts translate into a positive, great, amazing day. Today’s Law of Attraction post is all about procrastination. Below I have created a list of tips and tricks to help you beat procrastination! But before I get too far ahead of myself, I always like to define the Law of Attraction (LOA). So, what is it? The LOA is the belief that like attracts like! Positive thoughts translate into a positive and healthy lifestyle. What you believe you become. Visualization is key. Picture your goals and dreams and make them a reality.

Whether we like to admit it or not, we all procrastinate. It’s human nature to want to avoid dreadful tasks. So many things we could do. So many things we should do. But somehow procrastination sneaks in there! But it’s a new year! It’s time to beat procrastination! And the first step towards doing so, is planning the night before. Jot down your tasks for the next day! But remember to always keep your overall goal in mind while devising your list. For example, if your goal is weight loss. So today I devised a list of items to clear from your closet! But before you tackle this challenge, I suggest you grab a cup of coffee and some snacks (this might take a few hours)! Hi and welcome back to Mackenzie Kateri! It’s about time for another post in the Law of Attraction series which is all about Pre-New Year’s resolutions! Wait… don’t you mean “New Year’s resolutions.” Nope! You heard me right. There is no better time than the present to start bettering yourself. New year…. new you. Why wait?! Start taking tiny steps towards your resolution to make the transition smoother and more effective. So, today I talk about five steps you can take to make your resolutions a reality.

The Law of Attraction is the belief that like attracts like. Positive thoughts translate into a positive and healthy lifestyle. What you believe you become. Visualization is key. “I want to start eating healthy in 2018” “I want to go the gym at least three times a week” No! Start now! These practices and routine will carry into the new year. Achieve your goals. Strive for success. Take steps now. Not January 1st.
