Hi babes! How was everyone’s Monday?! Productive or lazy or a maybe little bit of both?! My Monday was filled with applying for college scholarships (ugh), schoolwork (blah), and editing photos for this post (which was my favorite part of the day!). Thankfully, the weather is beginning to cool down again, goodbye ninety degree days, hello sweater weather, which is the best weather in my opinion. And of course, with sweater weather comes blanket scarves! So let’s take a look at how I style my blanket scarves! But remember the possibilities are endless! Comment ways that you style your scarves or which look is your favorite!! As always, thanks for reading and keep in mind loves there’s only four more days until FRIYAY. XO, MK
The Handkerchief Style
So classic. So chic. And my go to style. Fold the scarf into a triangle as you would a handkerchief or bandanna, then wrap it around your neck. Yes, it is that simple. The scarf adds a pop of color to the black chiffon bell sleeve shirt and even to the white crop turtleneck.
Outfit details: Scarf: Charottle Russe, Black Shirt: TJ Maxx, Red Booties: Salvation Army ($2.99!!), Jeans: American Eagle, Turtleneck: Forever21, Red Skirt: Forever21
Keeps you cozy and stylish. What else can a girl ask for? I folded it the same way as the handkerchief style. However, the fold is optional, it is all about preference!! And then, voila- runway ready!

The Classic Knot
Simple. Simple. Sassy. I think that this look is to die for! The scarf turns this athletic errand-running outfit into a night time look! How do you get the scarf to look this way? I am so glad you asked, place the scarf around your neck grasping the sides in each hand, and tie the knot from underneath to prevent the it from looking bulky! I am not lying! It’s that easy loves!
